Expanding the boundaries of what a highly mobile field kit can accomplish, Fiilex has officially introduced the P3 Color. This highly versatile, 90W continuous full-color LED fixture packs an extensive broadcast feature set into a compact housing weighing just two pounds (0.9kg), offering independent filmmakers, documentary crews, and mobile news gatherers an agile, travel-ready source light completely built for the elements. Utilizing the latest iteration of Fiilex’s proprietary Dense Matrix LED technology, the P3 Color delivers smooth multi-wavelength color mixing from an extremely small, concentrated point-source array. This configuration enables the fixture to produce sharp shadows and clean barndoor cuts without the color-splitting or double shadows typical of traditional multi-source panels.

Portable Field Capabilities:

• Advanced Cinematic Color Engine: Features a wide CCT tuning range spanning 2000K to 10000K with full green/magenta shift control. Multiple 8- and 16-bit operation modes—including CCT, HSI, RGBW, Gel Presets, CIExy, and special effects—give creators access to millions of digital colors.
• Rugged IP-X5 Water Resistance: Engineered with an IP-X5 ingress protection rating, the light housing safely withstands direct exposure to rain, heavy mist, and wet outdoor locations.
• Versatile Light-Shaping Optics: Emits a native 60° open-face beam that can be instantly modified. Snap-on magnetic accessories allow shooters to focus the beam down to a tight 20° throw using a custom 3-inch Fresnel lens or expand it with a dome diffuser.
• Flexible Rigging and Power Infrastructure: Features a removable yoke configuration alongside an integrated bracket designed for fast V-mount power supply or field battery attachments. The light supports a universal AC/DC infrastructure (14–30V DC) via a standard D-Tap connection.
• Professional Data and Fan Controls: Equipped with a bright, rear-facing OLED display, a USB-C power output port, and a TRRS data line supporting an optional yoke-mounted XLR-5 DMX adapter. Its advanced vapor-cooling system features four DMX-controllable fan profiles: Full, Variable, Silent, and Off.
